This agreement applies as between you, the user of this web site and A1 Decoy Ltd, the owner of this web site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
A1 Decoy Ltd is a mail order company, supplying shooting accessories and hunting trips online via our website (www.a1decoy.co.uk), Amazon and eBay. Full product details and costs (including delivery) is available on each listing. Payments are made at the time of order (unless agreed otherwise with the Company) and the following methods of payment are accepted: PayPal, Credit or Debit Card (not American Express), BACS transfer, and cheque (which must clear before the goods are dispatched).

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate of 20%. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). We will only supply products to you once your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment. If we do not receive such authorisation we will contact you. Prices quoted do not include any import duties/taxes if you purchase outside of the United Kingdom.
Product prices also include carriage within the UK, although ‘Zone 2’ postcodes may be subject to £12.99 carriage charge. Zone 2 postcodes are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Other zonal areas incurring an extra charge of £5.00 are Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Wight. Inner London areas may also be subjected to a £5 zonal charge.
Rights to Cancel
Once an online order has been placed, either online or over the telephone, a customer has the right to cancel the order from the moment the order is placed, and then within 14 days from when the goods are received.
A1 Decoy will refund the customer on receipt of the returned goods. Items that have been returned to us by our carriers after not being able to deliver due to no reply or non collection WILL be recharged to the customer for redelivery at our normal rates.
Basic postage costs will be refunded – where a customer has requested a special courier service (i.e. Saturday delivery) this extra service will not be refunded.
Goods which are not eligible for a refund are: books/DVDs where any seals have been broken, and any personal items (for example hearing/ear defenders where there would be a hygiene concern) or any goods which have been specially manufactured for the customer (such as cut to length netting).
In the event of A1 being unable to supply said product, for example: we are out of stock, we will inform you and offer alternative product(s) and/or a refund of said product(s).
A1 Decoy will do their utmost to dispatch all orders on a 24 hour or 1st class service, where orders are received and processed before 1pm Monday-Friday. Your order will either be delivered by courier or Royal Mail. We don’t dispatch any orders across the weekend, only working days, which are Monday–Friday.
The majority of our items can be sent outside of the UK, the cost of this is calculated on an individual basis by both the weight of the item and the country which the item is being delivered. Due to the varying laws of different countries and the very limited courier options (due to most couriers treating batteries and aerosols as restricted items) we may be limited in our shipping. Road services to Europe are ok, but when a shipment requires air transportation, such orders containing batteries or aerosol products cannot be sent.
Returns are accepted only in the same condition as dispatched, and this must be accompanied by a copy of your delivery note, full contact details, a note detailing the circumstances of the return and your desired outcome. Items must be returned to the address provided below on a recorded service, or with proof of postage, to guarantee their arrival. We cannot process a refund unless all these conditions are met. Refunds will be processed only through your original payment method. See ‘Refunds’ for further details and any exemptions.
ATT-RETURNS – A1 DECOY
A1 Decoy will refund customers as listed above – within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. A1 Decoy reserves the right to reduce the refundas a result of A1 handling the goods more than necessary, or if the goods are not returned in their original packaging, or are returned damaged.
A1 Decoy Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays caused by any third parties (especially airlines). Airline tickets are organised as a courtesy and are not part of a package deal. Customers are advised to have their own adequate travel insurance to cover these eventualities.
Any voucher that is issued to the customer by us has a one-year validity. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher. Any vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
A1 Decoy will not pass your details on to any third party, unless specifically requested by the customer or required by Law. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. A1 decoy, by Law, are required to keep basic information about its customers for six years after they cease being clients for tax purposes. Any personal data which A1 Decoy collects, records or uses in any way, whether it is held on paper, on computer or other media will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation which came into effect on 25th May 2018.
The A1 Decoy website may include links to third party websites – clicking on these links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
